I have been keeping the depression aat bay recently. I thought I would share some things that work for me. I hope others will do the same and share some tactics that work in our fight of depression...
Working out. anything physical seems to really help me. The more commited I am about keeping excercise in my routine, the better I feel.
Routines in general really help. I find that if I get on a schedule and try to stick to it, I am much better. I aim to eat at the same times each day, go to bed about the same time and get plenty of sleep. I use a sleep aide if necessary to make sure I stay with my routine.
Meds. I have grown to respect the meds and not fool around with them, ie skip doses, lapse... meds are too serious to keep very close control of your intake.
